Product Information
Enter the serial number(s) and part number(s) for each system you would like to send in. For a ProXH/XT system, use the serial number and part number on the receiver. It is not necessary to create a separate RMA for the data collector. Then choose any additional upgrades you may want and press submit. You can submit as many items as you like without having to fill out the top part of this form again but you must do them one at a time. Within a few hours you will receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and instructions on where to send the unit. For GeoXM/XT/XH, MGIS Nomad, and JunoSB/SC/SD systems, please send the handheld only. For a ProXH/XT systems, please send the entire system including cables if used.
  • You must enter both the serial number and the product type for each item for your request to be processed
  • The review program is only good for the GeoXM/XT/XH(2005, 2008, 3000, 6000 Series), MGIS Nomad, JunoSB/SC/SD, and the ProXH/XT.
Cost: $125.00 each for all eligible items. For the 2008/3000/6000 GeoXH/XT/XM, MGIS Nomad, and the ProXT/XH an additional year hardware warranty extension can be purchased for $275.00 when applicable. For the JunoSB/SC/SD an additional year hardware warranty extension can be purchased for $130.00 when applicable. Hardware warranties can only be extended for a maximum of 3 years past ship date. See program description for more details.
