In addition to the new Priority Support benefits, repair services are available when your problem is hardware related. Repair services are available for all warranty and non-warranty work on selected Trimble Mapping and GIS systems. Rates, Terms & Conditions: Shop rates for non-warranty work will be billed at $90/hour with a two-hour minimum billing. Parts will be billed at Trimble's standard price. A goal of 5-10 business days for repair turn-around time is set. Return shipping is billed to customer unless it is a Trimble warranty repair. 90-Day Warranty on repairs performed. Net 30-day payment terms for customers with approved credit. Inspection fee if no repair is done: $125 Data Retrieval Fee: $ 125 Please fill out the Online RMA Request Form to arrange for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
