What is a Preferred Service Provider?



Trimble Mapping & GIS Service Provider Options
 
If your problem is hardware related, warranty and non-warranty repair services are available for most Trimble Mapping and GIS systems. To arrange for service, you have two options:
  1. Arrange for service through our Service Center. Please fill out the Repair Request Form to request an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Within two hours, you will receive an email with an RMA number and instructions for sending in the unit. You may be contacted by a support representative with further troubleshooting suggestions prior to your sending your equipment in.
  2. Arrange for service through your local Trimble Dealer. Not all Trimble Dealers are Service Providers; if you are not sure, use our Service Provider Locator.
